Nutrition Coaching Services
I look forward to working together! As a non-diet dietitian, my practice focuses on
self-care to help enhance physical and mental wellbeing. While I am located in Houston, TX, please do not hesitate to inquire about working together virtually.
Because I practice with a weight-inclusive approach, we will work on health-promoting habits, rather than goals to reach a specific size or weight. If you feel at all preoccupied with thoughts about food or body, this might be a refreshing way to honor your health.
If you have concerns about your weight or struggle with body image, we can work through those feelings while honoring your experience. We will work to help you heal from diet mentality while developing a self-care practice to help you feel your best.
We can address specific health conditions without restriction or restraint.
From high blood pressure, to irritable bowel syndrome, to diabetes, the non-diet
approach is appropriate. No matter your story, this approach is still for you.
In our initial sessions, we will explore your relationship with food. We'll discuss self-care, eating habits and exercise patterns, and your history with food rules and dieting. We'll get curious about how you define health, and we'll work on identifying what's causing you to feel stressed around food. We will explore the food rules you hold close, and work to let go of what's no longer serving you. Let's limit rules and break free from deprivation or restriction.
In follow-up sessions, we will review how you are practicing self-care and self-compassion.
We will celebrate successes and explore challenging experiences further. Throughout the process, we will use your knowledge and understanding of past experiences to help you nurture your mind and body. We will work together to assess the amount of support and
structure that will benefit you the most. This process is a journey, and with a bit of curiosity, there’s always more to discover.
Most importantly, your story will be met with compassion,
empathy, and entirely without judgment.

The initial appointment is about 60 minutes. Each follow up is 45 minutes.

This package is best if you've already had an initial appointment.

This 45 minute session is great if we've worked together before and a check in is all you need.
