Nutrition Coaching Services

My hope is to help you find more ease with food.


I am located in Los Angeles and have a virtual private practice. If you live outside of California, please do not hesitate to inquire about working together virtually as I am licensed in many different states. 


A weight-inclusive approach may be a refreshing way to view health and wellbeing. Combining lived experience with evidence based science allows us to honor health without dieting, restriction or restraint. 


With compassion and curiosity, we'll work to understand your relationship to food. We'll explore behaviors to help you feel nourished, satisfied and supported, moving away from a restrictive and punitive diet culture. In our initial sessions, we will explore your relationship with food. We'll discuss eating habits and exercise patterns, and your history with food rules, dieting and disordered eating. We'll get curious about how you define health, and we'll work on identifying what's causing you to feel stressed around food.  We will begin to explore food rules and beliefs, with the goal of working to let go of what's no longer serving you.

In follow-up sessions, we'll explore the external forces that have influenced your relationship with food and body. Every session is individualized - we may explore your pattern of eating to assure for adequate intake, less chaos, more pleasure. We can discuss weight concerns and your experience with stigma and bias. We'll hold space for anxieties and worries you have, whether it's about health, interactions with others, or a more flexible, pleasurable way of eating. Throughout the process, we will use your knowledge and understanding of past experiences to help you nurture your mind and body. Together, we'll assess the amount of support and counseling structure that will benefit you the most. 

Most importantly, your story will be met with compassion, empathy,

and entirely without judgment.

Initial Assessment 


A 60-minute assessment to get to know each other better. We'll begin to explore your past experience, your medical history, and your relationship food and body image. We'll talk about what you hope to get out of our work together. 

Follow Up Sessions


45-minute sessions where we continue to reflect on your experience, discuss barriers, and determine resources and concrete practices helpful for moving forward with healing.

While I do not accept insurance at this time, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your health insurance company. Unfortunately, this does not guarantee reimbursement.
